End User License Agreement (EULA)

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions governing the use of all mobile apps, games, and related services developed by Invitation Maker (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “our products”).

By installing or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use our apps.

1. Agreement Overview

By using our apps, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement and acknowledge that you have the authority to accept these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization. You also agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws.

If you handle data related to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) also applies. In the event of a conflict, the DPA takes precedence over this agreement.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our apps after updates means you accept the revised terms. We also reserve the right to discontinue any feature or revoke access without notice or liability.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our apps for:

  • Any unlawful purposes under local or international law

  • Distributing harmful software

  • Violating intellectual property rights

  • Reselling, copying, or modifying our apps
    Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use our apps on your personal device. This license does not transfer any ownership rights. All intellectual property remains the property of Invitation Maker.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the apps

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works

  • Share the app across multiple devices or networks

4. Data Collection & Usage

We do not collect personal data like names, emails, or phone numbers unless you voluntarily share it (e.g., via support contact). Shared information is kept confidential and only used to respond to your requests.

Advertising & Analytics

Our apps may display ads. In doing so, we may collect non-personal information such as:

  • Google Advertising ID

  • Device model or OS

  • General app usage data

In the EU, only non-personalized ads are displayed, based on user consent.

You can manage ad tracking preferences in your device settings or with providers such as Google.

5. Cookies

We do not use cookies directly. However, third-party ad services or analytics providers (e.g., AdMob) may use cookies. Please review their respective policies for opt-out options.

6. Internet Access

Some apps may request internet access for:

  • Displaying ads

  • Downloading content

  • Anonymous usage analytics

  • Opening external links

7. In-App Purchases

Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases. These are optional and governed by this agreement.

8. Social Media Features

If our apps allow sharing via social platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), we do not access or store your social media credentials or content.

9. Non-Ad Apps

For apps without advertising, ad-related sections of this agreement may not apply.

10. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose user data:

  • When required by law (e.g., fraud investigations, court orders)

  • To protect user safety

  • With user consent

  • To enforce our Terms of Use

11. Opt-Out Options

You can opt out of ads or ad tracking by:

  • Making in-app purchases to remove ads

  • Limiting ad tracking in your device settings

  • Discontinuing use of the app

In the EU, only non-personalized ads are shown unless the user consents otherwise.

12. Age Restrictions

Our apps are not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is accidentally collected, it will be deleted immediately. Guardians may contact us for assistance.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
